Returns and refunds

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Because my items are small-run, handmade, or outsourced, I do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Minor variations in size, color, appearance, or other small imperfections

Please note: Products may be graded as A or B, with A-grade items being of higher quality and B-grade items possibly having minor imperfections. Pricing may vary depending on the grade of the product. Please understand that variations can occur in both handmade and outsourced products, and these are not considered defects unless specifically stated.



2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging


I will replace the item if possible, or provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable. This applies regardless of whether you paid upfront or used a Buy Now, Pay Later option.



3. Lost Packages

I am not responsible for packages lost due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Carrier errors outside my control


If tracking shows the package as delivered, I cannot provide a refund. This applies to all payment methods, including Buy Now, Pay Later.



4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • If you used a Buy Now, Pay Later option, you may cancel before the order ships, but not afterward.
